Description
Dr. Ambedkar Medhavi Chhattar Sansodhit Yojana scheme is operated by the Directorate of Welfare of Scheduled Caste & Backward Classes, Haryana, and provides scholarship assistance of ₹ 8000 to ₹ 12000 to the students belonging to scheduled castes, backward classes and other sections of the society according to their qualifying percentage. The rate of the amount of scholarship is different for SCs, for backward classes block A students, for backward classes block B students, and general category students, and the type of area (rural/ urban) of the institution for the qualifying course/s. This is an education scholarship offered by the Haryana Government.
Eligibility for Dr. Ambedkar Medhavi Chhattar Sansodhit Yojana Scholarship
- The annual family income of the student from all sources should not exceed Rs.4.00 lakh.
- Should have secured admission in the regular degree at the recognized institution of Haryana
- Dr. Ambedkar Medhavi Chhattar Sansodhit Yojana can be applied by any student who should be a resident of Haryana.
